The PG-FT Micro series is purpose-built for very small, highly accurate powder dosing in laboratory, pilot and small-throughput extrusion lines. A high-resolution digital load cell, dual servo drives and a compact integrated frame give laboratory-grade precision on a production-grade machine.

Features:

• Specialised for small-quantity, high-precision powder feeding (as low as 0.3 kg/h).

• Cantilever sling-type weigh frame with top-beam load cell damps vibration and rejects non-weight interference.

• Dual servo motors drive feeding and stirring separately; adjustable stirring speed matches feed rate; servo drive is light, low-vibration and steady at low speed.

• High-resolution digital load cell (PG-FT-15 / 18) for precise weight capture and higher dosing accuracy.

• No top-mounted agitator motor — a combined gearbox drives feed and mixing, keeping the frame stable and compact (PG-FT-15 uses a CNC-machined aluminium-alloy integrated gearbox; PG-FT-18/20 use lightweight planetary gearboxes).

• Embedded control system and operating panel built into the frame — light, space-saving and convenient.

• Pull-out bearing seat, screws and seal for quick cleaning and changeover.

• Solid intermeshing twin screws; vertical U-hopper resists bridging.
